Hi first post here so please forgive me if I'm repeating previous requests.
1. When amending a quota policy, would like all instances of the policy to be updated automatically.
2. Apply multiple quotas to folders.
E.g. A quota limiting space for selected folders. A second quota to block file extensions for a subset of these folders.
Apologies again if I'm repeating similar requests. |

| Can I add my voice to ds411uk's? We have 1200 students in 7 year groups, with an auto-add quota applied to each year - if I want to amend the auto-add policy, it's a real nuisance to have to delete the auto-add quota, then delete all the indivudual students' quotas, then re-apply the amended auto-add policy! So having a policy amendment automatically apply to all the users with that policy would be great. |

Same here,
Amending automatically assigned quotas should reflect the same settings as the auto-assignment quota rule which created the quotas in the first place.
At some point, some email settings changed within our company so i had to change all the quotas on all folders, or just remove them. The last option wasnt valid for a number of users have altered quotas for larger disk footprint. Removing them and re-enabling the auto added quotas would remove these settings. |

Can I drag this one up and add to the list of users that think this is something that should be added to the next release, if there's going to be one?
Make it act like Group Policy in Windows Active Directory, if you update the policy, the changes apply to everywhere the policy is applied, it would make management of folders with lots of auto-added policies so much easier.
Also allowing a common Computer configuration etc across all servers would be another real time saver.
thanks
