Hi everyone, quick question that hopefully is easy to answer.
We've set up a policy to where when a certain server pings fail it will send an email to everyone listed in the policy. Well, we also want to send it to a text, and we don't have a modem set up on the server. What we were wanting to do is send the text via email.
After looking online, this is possible. It's where you input your phone number and then the specific service with it
This sends a text to a phone via email service. I've tried this from my outlook account and it works fine. I've tried to set this up in MonitorMagic and it worked once, and hasn't worked since. I don't know what is wrong but it's not sending any messages for ping errors now.
