Disappearing servers in folder structure

Hi

Im planning a deployment of SRM and have configured the management console (SRM V6.1-1115) with several folders containing multiple servers in a layout that replicates our domain structure, for ease of management.

Today, I right clicked on one of these folders to add a new server, typed in the name of the server and clicked OK as normal, but upon returning to the folder view, all the servers in the folder have disappeared!

An ex-colleague of mine looked at SRM about a year ago and when this happened it triggered a memory that he had a similar issue when trying to sort a folder in alphabetical order, but I dont remember if there was a fix.

Can anyone advise how I can get back my listing, will restoring some of the .dat files in Spaceguard SRM\Settings? If so, which one(s)?

More importantly though, how do I prevent this from happening in future?

Right, I now think I know what caused this.

If you want to refresh the folder, you can right click and select "Refresh" which works OK, but if you press the F5 key to refresh the folder (as you'd do with every other windows app known to man), it deletes the content of the folder!
